Italian cuisine is one of the favorites in Israel, but not everyone can enjoy it due to gluten sensitivity. Therefore, we chose to launch the Italian series based mostly on gluten-free dough products and mixes for doughs, designed to bring the finest Italian flavors to everyone's table, with the guideline being that no one will feel the difference between the gluten-free products and the original ones (with regular flour).
The series includes internally developed and locally produced mixes, but also a rich variety of corresponding products and exclusively imported from Italy, such as: bread crumbs , traditional Italian cookies, ready-made pizza bases (to which you only need to add your favorite sauce and toppings and bake for 10 minutes).
