Tamiflour, at its core, is a brand that was born to offer a variety of gluten-free baking mixes consisting of legume flours, grains, starches, plant proteins and various fibers (some of which meet the "stabilizer" standard) that are also free from a list of at least 14 allergens. Each mixture is suitable for a different type of baking.
